Why would SQM walk away when they already own 20% of AZS. The worst will happen is to increase their shareholdings of one of the biggest lithium assets in the world. Having percentage of these assets are better now and in the future rather than 0%. If SQM walks away with their bid, and people start selling and shorting AZS, will this be a great opportunity for SQM or other companies to increase their holdings in AZS? Did LTR share prices went down because of the SPP at $1.80? dyor
