Likelihood of offer price increasing?, page-18

Based on historical share price, my guess there is another bid more than $3.50.

When the share price went from $1.90 to $2.10 there was unannounced bid by SQM of $2.30.
When the share price went from $2.50 to $3.15 there was announced bid by SQM of $3.50.
Now the share price went from $3.50 to $3.70, will there be a bid of more than $3.90?

What do you think about my observations?
