I've sold a small amount but want to hold for the payoff. That will have to be staged so AZS can prove up as much of the resource as possible to enable a fair and reasonable valuation, as a general principle of getting value to shareholders and not just from what is in the agreements which may not complete.
I'm aware that LTR precedent is not great, but we also have SIR to follow and we have a committed Mark Creasy.
Investors have to vote on any asset purchase through shares this is my understanding and why we still matter, holdings are very tight indeed.
LTR basically died in the @ because of the lack of movement as they had already valued much of the holdings. Different scenario here.
