SingPost could be the partner for an Asian push? - perhaps they could partner with some of the other postal operators and potentially provide the infrastructure and just clip the ticket for through put. Certainly Quantum Solutions would benefit from a regional network....or they could develop an agnostic service in some markets which anyone incl. postal operators could use. If SingPost have grand plans this might be a way to broaden the network and get the funding...
