thats what i have been thinking of late. Its all well and good to have heaps of tenemant area, but there is no way it can all get explored, especially without more capital raising, and the shares are diluted enough.
the only other option i can see would be to enter more JVs or to sell of some parcels of land, both of which would probably be interpreted negatively by the market.
i just hope the management team have a set plan, they know how to do it, they have done it before. but the signs are looking ominour.
A spike above .65 will prob see me sell and move to greener pastures.
