TZL have too much to lose if Nasdaq does not go ahead. I think even without news before the duttons report we can be confident to list this year.
if TZ does not list this year they will not only lose shareholder confidence and pay fines to CS, but may run the risk of not being able to find an underwriter for the listing given the current market climate. CS would be able terminate the arrangement, a risk management would not make.
Although being a stolid investment CS may agree! only time will tell
