A successful listing that is timed right would far outweigh the negatives you outlined. If TZ are forced to go too early, and we have another light first half next year (like this year so far)......they will be seriously punished on the Nasdaq, deflate very rapidly.....and then take a much longer time to claw back. Keeping holders happy in Australia is not top of their priority list....its more about success on Nasdaq, so the timing will be everything to meet that objective.
