IMO the Duttons report is unlikely to tell us anything new. Its not the place for any company to make an announcement of new infor.
The only thing it is likely to do is provide a comfort blanket for some, and an opportunity for others to make wildly exaggerated claims on the basis of no hard evidence (you know who you are).
