This is the first bit of clarity in director's dealings of Mae's finances in a very long time . Certainly if the transcripts of the /trial/you have supplied us ; are any indication then the honesty of ALL directors is now laid bare .
Do you have any knowledge of Utah State Law so as to indicate sentences given to directors if found guilty of 'fraud'.
I am no longer a shareholder .I sold out a couple of years ago to preserve a little capital /loss of $ 120000+/ after believing the ASX anns; signed off by all directors; in early 2010 were honest indicators of where the coy was at; development wise ;at the time.
I fully believe that the book should be thrown at these directors in both USA and AUS legal jurisdictions and put an end to this farce that office bearers in this coy have acted on behalf of and for the shareholders
