My guess is that there is a problem with the process, and they are working diligently to repair what is happening, they are most likely using "the old no news is better than bad news theory", which is either protecting the share price from further manipulation or helping to drive it down as has been happening.

I guess it depends which camp your in.

I would think if there is a problem, which I do think, I would say due to the length of time involved that it isn't software but plant equipment and the process and achieving the high % of purity which has been promised.
If this is true, it could take a little longer.
