Of course, all this notion that the market was mis-informed is misguided.
The bankers knew AFG was in trouble with its quasi-loan-covenants. The advisers knew. The yachting and golfing cronies knew. All the INSIDERS knew. Probably the honchos at the conflicted ASX knew.
If you don't think so, look at the share price performance in the past six months.
Its just the "other" shareholders that didn't know.
