You don't spend years developing a business, just to sell it to the first person who offers you cash for it. I don't see any of the directors selling on market, so I draw the conclusion that they believe there is more value in the company than what the share price says.
An asset like Sepon doesn't come along every day. If you sell it, where are you going to find another one?
Of course it depends on the premium of the offer. OH said in the same interview that he sees the company getting to $5 billion size, just developing what they have now.
So any offer less than $5b should simply be booted into touch, as far as management are concerned.
