    Check announcement. I think possible party is CBH (become substantial shareholder a coulple of months back) - interested in the Hera polymetallic project.

    TKR mkt capitalisation about $35 million, with about $13-14 in cash and listed investments.

    If it is CBH, likely cash./scip offer maybe in the 1.30/1.50 range. If it is someone else, interesting how CBH views this.
