with asic losing its battle against wbc in the fed court, it paves the way for similar 'principle based' legislative models for bnpl providers....this is the worst case scenario for bnpl providers. best case scenario is self regulation via bnpl code of code
so expecting prescriptive minimum standards applied to bnpl providers is more wishful thinking, depending on your perspective.
