The World Bank loan is the dream answer but I can't see it coming off. It would just be too damn awesome ;-) Well I'll personally carry DL and GJ down the streets of Perth on my shoulders (one at a time) if they pull that of. From what I've sen they seemed to put too much effort into roadshowing and seeking interested parties for the WB loan to be a viable option.
