Im not buying any extra shares. Share price looks too weak. I believe it will open up at 26-28c on the 18th with lots of panic selling will bring it down to 24.5c. If U price falls to 30 again then 22c for PDN and another capital raising this time next year @ 20c. It will take years for uranium prices to get back to what they were prior to fukishima. 3 years seems too short. 5 - 10 years makes more sense. This stock is only good for short term trading at present. Too much debt with high interest for long term holders and continuous losses with U price low and nowhere near profitability is very bad for business with no quick fixes in sight.
