I suspect that if the vote is no, Alleasing would be immediately put into administration or receivership as the directors couldnt guarantee that they could pay either the senior debt or the Allco debt. In that case there is no cashflow until both the debt holders are paid out. There probably is stuff left, but you wont see it for 54 years , certainly not before August 09 when the RE sues AFG over their non guarantee. AFG would probably fight it if they exist, but their chances dont look good at the moment. They are meeting with banks this weekend to see whether the banks will grant an extension or be put into administraton or liquidation
