    $44n mil profit. 160 mil shares = PER around 8-9. That's fairly cheap.
    But if you're in for the long haul Axiron is the first step. There are numerous more drugs that can be licensed etc to be delivered by Acrux technology. Patches may become obsolete. It can be an option where tablets aren't suitable. If you're prepared to wait there can be big upside here or still takeover.
