went to 1.80 on volumes of 120-150,000 - imo doesn't really count unless volumes are decent. ACR is in a watershed moment, transitioning from small players to institutionals who want bigger parcels. they'll be patient until they get frustrated about lack of volume or competition from other instos. The short term 'problem' is that the deal was the worst kept secret in town. But it's not a problem if you do the maths and decide $2.50 is a good price. Remember from now on people who have never heard of ACR will be approaching the stock on this basis. Forget the past and approach afresh. If you like what you see, buy.
