Huntley is not too positive about OXR at the moment.
Here is the relevant extract:
"OXR is overpriced. It is our view that the dilutionary effect of the equity raising is likely to see a pull back in price once the shares trade ex-rights (January 27, 2004) and a more favourable entry point circa 80cps may present itself. "
(he does recommend hanging on to some for a "just in case scenario")
I don't hold this stock but follow it with interest.
