Well... something is going on..you can bet.. UNS is a share with plenty of people well informed ... in some way some people believe the deal will be not so good to UNS (probably because the level of bargain is close than zero). Uns have some good things to discuss but Amgen havbe the knife and the cheese (like we use to say in Brazil).
Keep calm and lets see what the events will unfold
