Moosey, I think it would be a good idea for Novogen to spin off/license the non-oncology platform to another company, like Eli Lilly, in the future when they have some good pre-clinical results from it. They will get Phase1 toxicology/dosing data from the oncology trials but Novogen do not have the financial capacity to perform Phase 2 or 3 trials for a non-oncology application.

The funds obtained from the non-oncology platform would help to fund the oncology trials which have a lower barrier to entry because you are dealing with patients with terminal illnesses. ie a larger amount of side effects are tolerated by the FDA.
