I have just been reading about Lillys's newly approved Mounjaro and was wondering if anyone here has already looked at this ? Clearly IHH is not the label they currently have and there is no suggestion that they are looking in this direction. But the impressive weight-loss results and the fact that one of its MOAs is as a GLP-1 receptor agonist suggests to me it might have efficacy in IHH if prescribed off label.
