I would also add that a known side effect of GLP-1 agonists, such as Exenatide, is weight loss.
Point being, the weight loss effect of Lillys Tirzepatide is common with GLP-1 agonists such as Exenatide, albeit to a larger more focused extent.
It has been discussed throughout the companys commentary and by FiftyOne Capitals research reports/podcasts as being an attractive side effect for IIH as an indication and evidence of which should be clearly shown in the longer Exenatide dosing period in the Phase 3.
