Your sentiments would extend to most companies on the ASX Mr Russell,given share price falls across the board.If discraceful means complacent,unimaginative,cumbersome and lazy,then yes,they are guilty.Times like these are when real leadership should shine,instead we get these overpaid seat fillers.I'm sure you or I could have achieved the same result.I would have done it for half the salary.Unfortunately I think a lot of CEOs will use the current market circumstances as a convenient excuse for poor performance.I target Super Funds especially,because as a wage earner,I have no choice but be chained to their deck,against my better judgement.A lot of spec stocks have done better,maybe their leadership is simply better.
