BBV, I am only thinking that the BOD surely doesn't have the front to play the game it has for the funding to be unsuccessful. Although you wouldn't know. On the other hand, we have a deadline of 7/4/2015 and funding would have to be announced within 7 days if the deal is at all reasonable. The longer it goes, at best we will see a very onerous deal or JV. Id prefer the latter if this was to occur.
There wont be any mothballing IMHO. T will move.
