BSI has a very clearly stated 45 day approval process when a company comes to them with all their papers in order - presumably the specialist advisors SM kept talking up were responsible for putting together all required paper work, for submitting to BSI, for a clean and efficient approval within BSI's stated 45 days ... then we later learnt that additional papers needed submitting, and our specialist advisors saw no issues there, and SM once again sprouted his misguided and misplaced confidence about how soon a CE was going to issue...

how you can confidently state this is BSI's fault is otherwise beyond me, because no such definitive statement has been made by the company to that end... so while TIS can not place this at the feet of BSI via a statement to that effect, then it should properly be seen as a TIS problem, and more particularly, an SM problem he can't reconcile, because he has run out of credible excuses.. something is beyond his control, he can't fix it, so every prior statement about his confidence and his stated timelines were completely misguided and obviously missed a great deal of critical information, for being so clearly wrong - now any CEO who gets this straight forward process so wrong, on so many occassions isn't worth keeping in the position

    good luck
