Let's just use one of the statement examples that the Management has released in the past, shall we?
“We remain confident that CE Mark will be granted in time for the planned start of sales in the UK and Europe at the end of June 2012.”
To me, that in no way implies that it is an absolute guarantee, nor does it say that it is a promise that TIS will sure to deliver at the end of June 2012.
When a grant, approval or certification is required from or reliant on another organization or authority to review and issue, there is never any absolute certainty that everything will go according to plans.
A perfect example of this is would be in dealing with our local councils for any building permits. It is often an absolute nightmare and massive waste of time, especially when they keep rejecting or delaying the permit for the most ridiculous reasons.
Aahhh….the stock market. Not just a money game, but also a waiting game. Love it or hate it - we're all stuck with it.
