I don't think they are saying they can cure, they are saying they can deliver the drug directly to the source of the disease.
They say they can treat any disease via the technology they have made, via directly injecting into the source...100% strike.
They can deliver every pharmas drug directly to the source. Me not very in tune with this float but it is the way I see it.
