I asked this question of Peter; his reply that fuel cells would best be combined as minor component (say 20%),with gas turbine as major component of a particular site in Oz network/ station. Reason is based upon low sale price of power into the grid here & use of cells to gain "green points". However, in overseas sites, where retail price of power is >twice our local sale price(eg Germany) & where GREEN is a plus plus feature, higher fuel cell ratio would fit in better with linc business plan.
