You have found the T&Cs of one of the merchant. I searched for the Limepay T&Cs and found a different one, Commercial Fridge & Freezer Australia. I suspect it is one URL that accepts a variable that is associated to a merchant, for example, https://www.limepay.com.au/terms-and-conditions/?m=5f3f48147de8e80010acd05a

Here is the screenshot of Limepay payment’s solution for Stoned Crystal Pty Ltd. I also did a check in the ABN Lookup and there is only one record matching Stoned Crystal.

I believe that as part of the T&C, you enter into a agreement with the retailer. Thank you for raising this point, please don’t hesitate to raise more.
