The latest trend that permeates thru the “Institute of Directors “ is to favour and actively designed by the board to return of capital that favours institutions
The passive investor that don’t monitor or the ones that don’t bother to vote are overridden by professional like the institution', the board and institutions aren’t interested in fairness and take advantage of the indifference of the majority of retail shareholders..
In the past the attitude of the board took into consideration of the passive investors by including a capital return distribution besides the the two dividends in the financial year.
Does anyone know if the board is contravening ASIC or ASX rules catering for a groups tax position?
