    Hi,

    CNP's problems arose because of funding long term assets with short term loans. Hopefully someone can provide insight into these questions:

    1. Does WDC have long term loans?

    2. What companies would buy CNP assets? My reasoning: buying those companies would be a hedge against CNP falling. (e.g. Buy CNP, and Buy the other one too).
