Fully agreed.
Now confidence in AM has been shattered, but I personally believe worse might come. He will be able to say "I have tried..." and then let go while still making big bucks for himself.
And why is the company not in a trading halt, pending outcome of current proposals?
The man has no foresight. Or if he has, does not apply it in the best interest of the company.
