So I have just come across this company, and being an electrical engineer quite interested in the basic idea.
However, is is just me, or does the website seem to have no real information to understand the technology, it's applications and limitations?
Nowhere do I see any even basic technical information as to efficiency, minimum heat gradient to be generate power, capital cost per watt/h etc etc etc.
Based on the laws of thermodynamics and reasonable efficiency assumptions, on face value it seems hard to see a return on cost of capital in a reasonable time for any of the applications. But, some hard data might make me change my mind - can anyone tell me where to find such numbers?
