The Siemens specs are 19.6% efficient with input temp of 300 degC.
But, I have no idea of prices, cost to install and balance of plant costs to bolt it on.
As for the water temp of 25 degC, this is not unreasonable as a large mass of water will reflect the average temperature of the environment at worst - drawn from the bottom of a large pond or from underground it is not unthinkable. However every single degree of temp difference will count in applications like this...
