But i digress, Telstra was finished ages ago in my opinion. I was employed by them at one stage, got some free T2 shares via an employee loan that was paid for via dividend. when i resigned I had two choices. Pay out the the outstanding amount, (at issue price), and keep the shares, or walk away. I walked. In the meantime I still get the dividend, because the shares are still held by the trustee, they haven't sold them.
