It has been mentioned by the previous CEO that perhaps Kangankunde may not always remain in the hands of Lindian hinting that a TO may come about at some stage. Once construction has begun I wouldn't be keen on an offer that was any less than a 2-2.5 bil mcap though, ideally with an additional share offering within the take over company also.

According to the recent asx releases, the company has stated they're looking into govt finance for stages 2-3 as lead times for govt support take time. Either way, if Lindian stick to their development plans as they are without a TO, I expect we're on to a big winner into 2027
