The one undecided factor in all this is the Arc assets.

As long as the company still hold all of these leases, then it is in with a fighting chance, in my opinion.

I will admit that things are looking desperate/grim, but the Arc is the reason I go into this stock in the beginning, and that hasn't changed.

If the company were to sell it's interests in the Arc, then it would be a different story, but there has been no word of that happening.

So I, for one, have not given up hope. Although I definitely think the fat lady is warming up her vocal cords.
