I read this yesterday as well. There's not much more to it than what is mentioned in the article. I'm sure there's lots of Australian companies looking to develop in China but, like the article says, it's not easy. Maybe the CEO is hoping someone overseas reads this. Cougar Energy has overcome the hurdle of having a local captain of industry vouch for them and is in the process of arranging an Asian corporate structure according to the last release.
