    what I see is the same pattern .... buying a distressed asset. The bit that stands out to me is it requires another 100 on the payroll. All this when the coal price is forcing mine shutdowns elsewhere.

    Does anybody know where this mine is in relation to Teresa [or Pentland]? It only makes sense if there are some synergies.
