    Linc will still have to pay tax on the Chinese deal but I agree they might be able to offset this against other losses.
    What that means is they will have to pay more tax in future if they ever make a profit.
    Bigmac's claim that they could avoid paying ANY tax on the sale by issuing shares at a highly inflated price was incorrect, that was my point.
