My point is that they were wiped out by the Qld Government for no reason other than to allow the Labor Party to gain favour with the Greens.
If the Australian political scene has deteriorated to the point where they will wipe out perfectly legitimate companies for the sake of a political end then heaven help all and any company operating in Oz.
Such action in Australia has always been abhorrent and will simply damage our reputation regarding low sovereign risk which has always been one of our main draw cards for investment here.
The State Government were financial partners with Linc in this venture and so where were they when this alleged environmental damage was taking place in Chinchilla?
Had they not been involved in the venture they would not have been able to take the actions that they did because, any other company would not have taken it, and would have had them before the courts quick smart.
