I must admit I am a bit with Dan on this. With so few, very large share holders, we are definitely sidelined when it come to a vote. But if you are saying we as small share holders do not get to ask questions, I would be very disappointed.
Have you/anyone approached the Singapore exchange on how this has been handled? Surely for sake of transparency it would be in their interest to ensure all shareholders to be recognized at the annual meeting?
I suppose the work around would be to buy a minimum quantity in Singapore, but we shouldn't have to go to those lengths, to ask a question about "our" company.
