It is very good, and while I dont refer to it every day, I find it a quick convenient reference to any stock I am considering buying.
One thing Stock doctor is NOT, is a tipping service for the latest mining hopeful of the like.
It is suited to longer term trading/investing with established proven companies with a history of success...... NOT short term trading spec stocks ...which is mainly what this forum is all about.
It certainally isn't cheap, but my reasoning is that just one good decision a year, or avoiding a bad one, with the assistance of their information will more than pay for the cost of the annual subscription. And in your case, if as you say you aren't too good at doing your own financial analysis, I think you will find it very useful.
