    Surprised they're getting another tranche at 1.4c. Lowest 90% of vwap was back in June 17th-19th and above 1.4c (quick calc of 1.46c).

    2 year funding from 16th July 12

    How long can they work back to a specific period? What's the floor price?? Are they allowed to round down???
