All we are seeing is managements (or there advisors) stupid decision of satisfying all the demand by issuing the extra $1.6m to "sophisticated investors" while directors and management under subscribed. We are all thinking they took the money because results are bad and they broke the cardinal rule;
Always leave the market wanting more, not fully satisfied!
The machivillian in me (half glass full) says there is a bigger game being played out, otherwise Mr/Mrs market is right and we should all be running for the exit.
