It's a no-brainer for Garner to sell at 3 cents and buy back at a guaranteed 2.5 cents.
But if he did not believe in the company, he had absolutely no need to buy back at 2.5 cents. He still has 30 million shares and stands to make enough money if the company did well, anyway.
