As I said giddyup, just an assumption at this stage based on words such as equity and capital in the original announcement. Although my knowledge of Lind is limited purely to the other companies I and they have invested in, it makes sense that the Convertible Note scenario will be in play as it suits Lind's strategy. After all, there is nothing else to "secure" their investment against is there??
