The Industries are doing it tough, they are not a bottomless cash pit!! Agriculture, mining, Manufacturing, retail, all doing it tough.
If they had to pay "More" than is necessary 20 to 30% would be forced to close. Would you be happy then??
If you B1tch about your wages, why don't you start your own business then, employ people, pay them the high wages you speak of, then see how far YOU get. You will see your ass, go bust, and expect the govt to bail out you employees entitlements.
